PENGEMBANGAN MODEL UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY UNTUK PENGGUNAAN ADOPSI MOBILE PAYMENT

The retention of SMEs customers is utmost importance for mobile payment service providers, particularly those who utilize payments. Indonesia experienced a significant increase in the usage methods during COVID-19 outbreak. Among commonly utilized theoretical models Indonesian context M-Payment payments, Unified Theory Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) model stands out. This proposed an expanded version UTAUT model, incorporating additional limited factors. It encompasses six variables that consider diverse risks costs perceived by users. objective this research to analyze consumer behavior towards systems using identify determinants consistently yield results.
